Symptoms
On databases were the fix to bug 10412247 has been applied you may observe an increased number of parse calls when VPD policies are being used that are non static or with OLS. The number of parse_calls in dynamic performance view v$sql will keep increasing for a certain sql_id.
Changes
You applied Patch 10412247 or a patch bundle that includes this fix (see note 10412247.8) , the problem is also present in version 11.2.0.3
