Disk reported unexpected SCSI SENSE data to controller messages (Doc ID 1521062.1)

Symptoms

The following message shows in the logs of the database nodes few times an hour

Dec 12 10:45:13 ex02db01 hwmgmtd[9065]: Event 44: Component: /SYS/DBP/HDD3, Disk reported unexpected SCSI SENSE data to controller which may indicate a compatibility issue between the controller firmware version and disk model, id=/SYS/DBP/HDD3.

After review the sundiag files we can see the hotspare keeps spinning up and down... every time it transitions it throws a sense
