Patch for this bug applied

Bug 11715084  Active duplicate should work when connected to Standby as source DB

But the following duplicate database fails when the source database is Standby:

DUPLICATE TARGET DATABASE TO NEWDB FROM ACTIVE DATABASE

ERROR
-----------------------
RMAN-05531: a mounted database cannot be duplicated while datafiles are fuzzy

Note:
------

RMAN duplicate database using Standby as target - STANDBY to STANDBY or STANDBY to NORMAL.

- It works fine if MRP is "not" running on (source) STANDBY database.  Managed recovery stopped

- It fails if MRP is running on (source) STANDBY database. Managed recovery running

 With errors like:

RMAN-05531: a mounted database cannot be duplicated while datafiles are fuzzy

RMAN-06136: ORACLE error from auxiliary database: ORA-01152: file 2 was not restored from a sufficiently old backup
  ORA-01110: data file 2: '+TPERF_DATA/tperf/datafile/sysaux.258.824118009'
