Rebalance of One Diskgroup Dismounted Another Diskgroup as Disks Were Offlined (Doc ID 1525330.1)

Symptoms

ASM disks of diskgroup REDO have gone offline.
This went offline when we were trying to rebalance another diskgroup name DATA.

WARNING: Disk REDO_0014 in mode 0x7f is now being taken offline
NOTE: initiating PST update: grp = 5, dsk = 14/0xf0f15f15, mode = 0x6a, op = 4
GMON updating disk modes for group 5 at 102 for pid 47, osid 26502
ERROR: Disk 14 cannot be offlined, since all the disks 14 0 with mirrored data will be offline.
