Performance issue due to FND_CONC_PRIVATE_UTILS.record_temp_file_use with higher invalidations in V$SQLAREA

Performance is degraded after upgrading the Database to 11g.  It is found that the API FND_CONC_PRIVATE_UTILS.RECORD_TEMP_FILE_USE (invoked by FNDWRR.exe ) with higher invalidations in V$SQLAREA. There may be errors ORA-06550 & PLS-00201 in the alert.log. However There is no error reported by end user when viewing concurrent request output using FNDWRR.exe. However, this could be causing slowness across Apps Database instance.
