osysmond.bin socket leak causing RAC node hang and ACFS issues (Doc ID 1526421.1)

One of the RAC nodes could be hung and unavailable from SSH. The node can only be reached from the console.

On the other nodes, the "df -k" command may be hung, and ACFS mount points may disappear.

A reboot of the problem nodes can temporarily resolve the issue and resume the ACFS mount points.

Found the many errors in the OS system log of the hanging node.
