ODA install / deployment for 2.5 fails to start the installed 11.2.0.3 database(s) (Doc ID 1528535.1)

Symptoms

 After upgrading a new 2.4 ODA to 2.5 and completing all installation steps including deployment, patching upgrade and database creation the user discovered that the database was not running and did not appear to start.

 

Changes

 New ODA deployment and upgrade from 2.4 to 2.5
