ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
 sbtbackup: A file named 'thnu9fpd_1_s' already exists in Oracle Secure Backup catalog. Please choose a different name.
ORA-19600: input file is backup piece (/<path>/<datafilename>.dbf)
