Symptoms
When local DB (11.2.0.3) is started with CURSOR_SHARING=FORCE, query against remote view fails with
ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression
ORA-02063: preceding %s%s from %s%s
Problem can be reproduced when running query against remote view in 11.2.0.2 and 11.2.0.3 remote DB ( across a db link )
