RDBPROD: MS Office 2007 files lose information after retrieval from list of byte varying fields (Doc ID 1536383.1)

MS Office version 2007 files are not retrieved from a BLOB field in Rdb as they have been stored.

Generally, files with transfer method binary and a file size which is not a multiple of 512 encounter this problem.
