OEM 12c - AWR Report - User Cannot Run In 12c After Being Able To Run In OEM 10g (Doc ID 1536954.1)

Symptoms

User with DBA credentials in DB cannot run AWR report in OEM 12c after being able to run AWR reports in OEM 10g.

Error being received in OEM 12c is:
You must have EXECUTE privilege on DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY to complete the task

User has DB role assigned in DB that he wants to run AWR reports against and DBA role has execute priv on sys.DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY.

AWR report can be created manually.
