Symptoms

DataPump import fails with errors:

ORA-31693: Table data object "<USERNAME>"."<TABLE_NAME>" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kpodpbis failure2], [4063], [ORA-04063: package body "XDB.DBMS_XMLPARSER" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "XDB.DBMS_XMLPARSER"
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_METADATA_INT", line 13232
