After adding a new node to a cluster, getting the below error when connect to this node.
ORA-12520: TNS:listener could not find available handler for requested type of server
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = node2-vip.oracle.com)(PORT = 1521))
(SERVER = DEDICATED)
(SERVICE_NAME = rac)
(INSTANCE_NAME = rac2)
$lsnrctl services LISTENER_NODE2
Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=IPC)(KEY=EXTPROC1)))
Service "rac" has 2 instance(s).
Instance "rac1", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service...
"DEDICATED" established:111 refused:0 state:ready
Instance "rac2", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service...
