CELLCLI Reports System Disk Errors: [ERROR] System Disk Does Not Have The BOOT Signature. (Doc ID 1539665.1)

Symptoms

celcli -e alter cell validate configuration or cell's alerthistory reports an error similar to:

Description Cell configuration check discovered the following problems:

System Disk Errors: [ERROR] System disk does not have the BOOT signature.[ERROR] System disk does not have a valid BOOT signature.
Affected Cell Name <disk name>
Server Model <hardware model>
Chassis Serial Number <serial number>
Release Version 11.2.2.3.5
Release Label OSS_11.2.2.3.5_LINUX.X64_110815

Recommended Action Correct the configuration problems. Then run cellcli command:
ALTER CELL VALIDATE CONFIGURATION
Verify that the new configuration is correct.

Changes

 Previous replacement of a system disk (disk in slot 0 or 1). Issue can however occur without having replaced a disk.
