Symptoms

You receive the following errors during import or export using Datapump:

ORA-31687: error creating worker process with worker id 1


The following errors are reported in the alert log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kupprwp()+7637] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x8] [PC:0x61FA855] [Address not mapped to object] []
ORA-31612: Allocation of process descriptor failed.


The call stack includes the functions:

... kupprwp ksvrdp opirip opidrv opimai_real ...
