The purpose of this note is to certify the different components of the Database Diagnostics and Tuning packs that can be used to identify, diagnose and resolve the various performance issues that are often seen in Oracle E-business suite databases.
The document certifies the use of the Database Diagnostics and Tuning packs for Oracle Database versions 10g (10.2.0.4 and up) and 11g that are used to run Oracle E-business Suite R11i and R12i.
Database administrators and Application administrators who regularly engage in troubleshooting performance problems in an E-business environment should be aware of the information presented in this document.
