Symptoms

About the environment:   non-RAC -- 11.2.0.3 -- AIX 7.1 -- ACFS will not be used in this configuration

Note: Issue reported on 11.2.0.3, but may also apply to earlier 11.2 versions.


While running roothas.pl in AIX it fails as below
