In Oracle Server the xmltype.transform function raises
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [LpxMemFree()+257] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFD3ABB78] [PC:0x4000000010EF9781] [Address not mapped to object] []
when transforming an XML document against a specific XSL file.

The XSL imports others, and the problem appears to be with the name of one of the imported XSL files.

XSL documents are loaded into the database as resources and the code used
to transform is similar to

 p_barkod  varchar(10) := '6157843602';
 p_mxl     varchar(100):= '/xxx/yyy/doc.xml';
 p_xsl     varchar(100):= '/xxx/yyy/stylesheet.xsl';
 xsl       xmltype;
 xmlquery  clob;
 xmldata   xmltype;
 result    xmltype;
-- XSL
select xdburitype(p_xsl).getxml() into xsl from dual;
-- XML adat
xmlquery := ign.ign_query.getquerystring(p_path_xq => p_mxl);
execute immediate xmlquery into xmldata using p_barkod;
-- Transform
result := xmldata.transform(xsl);
