Query using MAX() function on range partitioned empty table, which is expected to return a constant value NULL, instead it returns "no rows selected" in query, or ORA-01403: no data found error occurs in PLSQL block.
The same works fine when the predicate accesses the available partitions irrespective of whether data is present or not in those partitions.
The same applies to MIN() function as well.
