Symptoms

Client traces/files generated when setting:
  ADR_BASE=<ADR base location>
  DIAG_ADR_ENABLED=ON
in sqlnet.ora are not stored under $ADR_BASE/diag/clients/...

Instead, they are stored under:
  $ADR_BASE/oradiag_<OS user>/diag/clients/..

For example setting:
  ADR base = <ADR base location>
generates client traces in directories:
  <ADR base location>/oradiag_<OS user 1>/diag/clients/user_<OS user 1>
  <ADR base location>/oradiag_<OS user 2>/diag/clients/user_<OS user 2>

etc. where <OS user 1> and <OS user 2> are OS users.
