Wrong Results for CTAS on IOT (Index Organized Table) involving a Function-based Index

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Under certain circumstances it is possible that wrong results may be returned when all the following conditions are met:
- Executing "Create Table as Select" (CTAS)
- The selected table is an Index-organized table (IOT) table
- A function-based index is included in the plan
Executing the same SELECT stand-alone will return the correct number of rows.
