Purpose

 To provide step-by-step instructions when choosing to upgrade Exadata Storage Server Software using the ISO in lieu of the ULN repository.

Scope

These procedures are only suited for those upgrading from an image <11.2.2.4.2. If you are on an image matching 11.2.2.4.2 or higher it is recommended to use the DB Node Update Utility in MOS: 1553103.1
