Compound Trigger Inserts NULL Value Into TIMESTAMP Column (Doc ID 1545932.1)

Symptoms

 An AFTER EACH ROW compound trigger inserts a value into a timestamp column.
However the value inserted into the timestamp column is always NULL.

example:

 
Expected results :
The timestamp column is not empty in table TASK_TEST_H
