Compound Trigger Inserts NULL Value Into TIMESTAMP Column

Information in this document applies to any platform.
An AFTER EACH ROW compound trigger inserts a value into a timestamp column.
However the value inserted into the timestamp column is always NULL.
Expected results :
The timestamp column is not empty in table TASK_TEST_H
