The following error is raised on the Streams pool when using the Oracle Messaging Gateway:

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 152 bytes of shared memory ("streams pool","unknown object","streams pool","KWQDL hash ta")

Analysis of the generated trace file shows a large allocation of the "KWQDL hash ta" heap and hardly any free space in the pool.
