Symptoms

 Documentation mentions CAPTURE & APPLY parameter MAX_SGA_SIZE Default value is "NULL" but DBA_CAPTURE/APPLY_PARAMETERS views & streams health check show as
the  MAX_SGA_SIZE Value as" INFINITE" this is NOT Set by user.
