After upgrading the database, you get the following error:

select dbms_metadata.get_ddl( 'MATERIALIZED_VIEW', '<MV_NAME>' ,’ <OWNER>’) from dual;

ORA-31603: object "MV_NAME"of type MATERIALIZED_VIEW not
found in schema "<Schema_Name>"
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_METADATA", line 5088
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_METADATA", line 7589
ORA-06512: at line 1

You have followed the solution in:

Solution says:
1. run catproc.sql
SQL >@ $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql
2. recompile invalid objects, if any
SQL >@ $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql

However, the problem remains.
