DBCA gives Out Of Memory Error: Java Heap Space Error on linux (Doc ID 1552676.1)

During database creation via DBCA sometimes we can get "Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java Heap Space" Error 

Error stack

d:295]  PRCI-1124 : Oracle Restart home does not exist on the local node
