Not Able To Start Up Database After Enabling DNFS (Doc ID 1552683.1)

Symptoms

 Not able to start up database after enabling dNFS.Getting "Direct NFS: please check that oradism is setuid" in the alert log, but $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oradism set as required per Oracle documentation:
-rwsr-x--- 1 root oracle 71758 Sep 17  2011 /oracle_test/product/db11e/bin/oradism

Tried with all possible permissions and ownerships.

Verified the mount options and it was set as per recommendations in the Doc ID 359515.1.

Exports on filer looks good.

From DB alert log, we can see the below:

Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
.....
Oracle instance running with ODM: Oracle Direct NFS ODM Library Version 3.0 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

PMON started with pid=2, OS id=5737

ALTER DATABASE   MOUNT

Shutting down instance (abort)
License high water mark = 3
USER (ospid: 6970): terminating the instance
