OS Kernel Panic And RAC Outage Due To Full ACFS

In this example we are on a 2-node RAC on RHEL5.7 with Oracle release 184.108.40.206.1.
Both RAC nodes are crashing with a kernel panic as soon as the clusterware is starting up.
After the following automatic reboot of the nodes we are failing again and again with the same symptoms.
The OS message logfile under '/var/log/messages' shows the next error stack:
That shows problems with the ACFS driver.
Also a manual start of the clusterware (e.g. 'crsctl start crs') will end up in an OS reboot (kernel panic).
