After upgrade from 10.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.3, whenever customer runs DML query to a particular table, it throws ORA-7445 [__intel_new_memcpy()+3494].

Symptoms

The alert log intermittently reports next ORA-7445 after upgrade:

 After Upgrading the database from 10.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.3, the error started occurring on particular table.
