- In SQL Trace, the first 2 (possibly more) times a cursor is parsed gets a library cache miss, subsequent parses do not:
You can see in the example that there are 2 library cache misses in this case followed by 2 "hits".Note that the Plan Hash Value is not necessarily the same (since the second hard parse may generate a new plan).
