Oracle Sesame Adapter Fails With Weblogic 12c (Doc ID 1556027.1)

Symptoms

After Follwing the instructions to install the Oracle Sesame Adapter on weblogic 12c (From http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18283_01/appdev.112/e11828/sem_sesame.htm)

Webapp fails with the following error:

Note the only deviation from the instructions was that a weblogic.xml containing the true was added. Otherwise the webapp was failing due to logging version conflicts.
