Temporary LOBs created when enqueueing messages into a SYS.AQ$_JMS_BYTES_MESSAGE via bulkSend are not freed automatically after a
commit which can lead to the all the space in the temporary tablespace being consumed.

So a 

 executed while the application will just show a continual increase in space consumption.
