The cwallet.sso files created with the -auto_login_local option on Windows  cannot be opened transparently if they are owned by users whose names contain mixed case letters. This is happening regardless of what that wallet is used for ( SSL/TCPS, TDE, External Password Store). Here's an example of using a cwallet.sso for SSL encryption:
