For the purposes of this document, the following fictitious environment is used as an example to describe the procedure:
Directory - Mount Point = /vol/oemdbaud01_archive/archive,vol/oemdbaud01_data/databases,/vol/oemdbaud01_oracle/oracle,
/archive,/databases and /usr/local/oracle
Database crashed and failed to start up due to these errors. The database is on a NAS. The Unix team did not find any issues with the NAS.
