Exadata: FBDA Generates Huge Amount Of Traces with "reset valblk state"

In original case, the trace was always produced by FBDA background process
You have an Exadata RACK that has recently been upgraded to RDBMS version : 188.8.131.52 BP 15 or higher.
Many traces are now generated by the FBDA (Flashback Data Archiver) process, sometimes at the rate of 1GB per hour.
Applied 184.108.40.206 Bundle Patch 15 or higher to environment.
