DBUA Fails with Error: "The time zone file version in 11gR2 Oracle Home is lower than the time zone file version in the database being upgraded"
Last updated on JUNE 07, 2017
Applies to:Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 [Release 11.2]
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
DBUA fails with below error:
The DST patch 17 is already applied to the source database (22.214.171.124). But the Target database (126.96.36.199) had the default DST patch 14, hence DST 17 is applied to the Target database (188.8.131.52). But still the same error persists, even after applying the DST patch 17 on target database (184.108.40.206)
The same case happens if the DST patch applied is greater then 14.
