DBUA fails with below error:
The DST patch 17 is already applied to the source database (220.127.116.11). But the Target database (18.104.22.168) had the default DST patch 14, hence DST 17 is applied to the Target database (22.214.171.124). But still the same error persists, even after applying the DST patch 17 on target database (126.96.36.199)
The same case happens if the DST patch applied is greater then 14.
