ORA-04031 :: asmcmd command doing fragmentation At ASM memory level (Doc ID 1559282.1)

Symptoms

While starting up one node of the cluster ,started seeing memory level issue .


+ASM1@(11203)test: /home/oracle=> asmcmd
ASMCMD> cd +DATA/<Database Name>/
ASMCMD> ls
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 3896 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(1,0)","kglsim object batch") (DBD ERROR: OCIStmtExecute/Describe)
