Symptoms

After changing NLS_COMP and NLS_SORT values at the RDBMS instance level, Data Pump exports are much slower.

Changes

The database initialization parameter named NLS_COMP was changed from BINARY to LINGUISTIC and the database initialization parameter NLS_SORT was changed from BINARY to BINARY_CI.
