You are seeing the  ora.acfs.acfsvol01.acfs   cluster resource is not getting mounted on server reboot.

When trying to add the filesystem to clusterware, it shows filesystem already registered:

PRCA-1046 : File system for volume device /dev/asm/acfsvol01-151 exists in the ACFS registry

When trying to add the start dependencies of the ACFS filesystem to the database, getting below error of file system not exists

# ./crsctl modify resource ora.crewst.db -attr "START_DEPENDENCIES='hard(ora.DATA.dg,ora.FRA.dg,ora.acfs.acfsvol01.acfs) weak(type:ora.listener.type,global:type:ora.scan_listener.type,uniform:ora.ons,global:ora.gns) pullup(ora.DATA.dg,ora.FRA.dg)'"
