In the process of upgrading our production environment from apps version r12.1.2 to r12.1.3 and the database from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.
In the database upgrade following document 1276368.1 step 9, running catupgrd.sql
SQL> create table dr$waiting (
2 wtg_cid number NOT NULL,
3 wtg_rowid rowid,
4 wtg_pid number default 0,
5 primary key (wtg_cid, wtg_pid, wtg_rowid)
7 organization index;
SQL> insert into dr$waiting
2 select unique *
3 from dr$waiting_old;
insert into dr$waiting
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01654: unable to extend index CTXSYS.SYS_IOT_TOP_955299 by 128 in
SQL> drop table dr$waiting_old;
Failed while loading the data from dr$waiting_old to dr$waiting, but still dropped the dr$waiting_old table.
