Empty ORA-20000 error from Parallel Text query with bind value (Doc ID 1563249.1)

Symptoms

Running parallel query with local partitioned text index, mostly during functional lookup and frequent tokens, sometims fails with ORA-20000 error, ie

SELECT id.id_alert_nb
 FROM <table_name> ID ,<table_name> tt024
WHERE trim(regexp_replace(regexp_replace(tt024.<column_name>,'[^A-Z0-9|]+',' '),' +',' '))     = 'SASU'
  and contains(ID_NAMES_TXTINDEX, '('||:GC_TXT_NULL_VALUE||') WITHIN fname') > 0
  and tt024.<column_name> = ID.<column_name>
/
SELECT id.id_alert_nb
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error
