Empty ORA-20000 error from Parallel Text query with bind value (Doc ID 1563249.1)

Running parallel query with local partitioned text index, mostly during functional lookup and frequent tokens, sometims fails with ORA-20000 error, ie

SELECT id.id_alert_nb
 FROM fb_issueddocument_id ID ,fb024_familynametrans tt024
WHERE trim(regexp_replace(regexp_replace(tt024.tt_transvalue,'[^A-Z0-9|]+',' '),' +',' '))     = 'SASU'
  and contains(ID_NAMES_TXTINDEX, '('||:GC_TXT_NULL_VALUE||') WITHIN fname') > 0
  and tt024.id_alert_nb = ID.id_alert_nb
SELECT id.id_alert_nb
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error
