Symptoms

Attempting to select from V$SESSION via an implicit PL/SQL cursor after migration of a 32 bit 11.2 database to 64 bit, the following error may occur:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: Bulk Bind: Truncated Bind
