Symptoms

Upon creating several materialized views and checking the dictionary related objects for this MVIEWs
existence, it is noted that some of the mviews are not present in:

dba_mview_detail_relations, dba_mview_joins and dba_mview_key  (and for ALL_, USER_ views)

This is documented behaviour under the dictionary view definitions in the SQL Reference User Guide.

"Note:
All three (ALL_, DBA_, USER_) views exclude materialized views that reference remote tables or that
include references to a nonstatic values such as SYSDATE or USER. These views also exclude materialized
views that were created as "snapshots" prior to Oracle8i and that were never altered to enable query
rewrite."
