Unable To Start OAS After Uninstalling Oracle Lite (Doc ID 1566950.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.3.0.3.0 version, Mobile Server

When attempting to start OAS 10.1.3.5.0 after to have uninstall Oracle Lite Mobile Server 10.3.0.3.0,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ias-component/process-type/process-set:
  HTTP_Server/HTTP_Server/HTTP_Server/

Error
--> Process (index=1,uid=234121115,pid=29152)
  failed to start a managed process after the maximum retry limit
  Log:
  /home/oracle/product/10.1.3.1/OracleAS_1/opmn/logs//HTTP_Server~1.log

ias-component/process-type/process-set:
  default_group/home/default_group/

Error
--> Process (index=1,uid=234121116,pid=29218)
  failed to start a managed process after the maximum retry limit
  Log:
  /home/oracle/product/10.1.3.1/OracleAS_1/opmn/logs//default_group~home~default_group~1.log



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Install OAS 10.1.3.5.0
2. Install Oracle Lite 10.3.0.3.0
3. uninstall Oracle Lite 10.3.0.3.0 using the $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/runInstaller
4. restart OAS -> it fails.
