Symptoms
This is a newly created database. We see the following warnings in the alert log though the instance is operational:
WARNING: -------------------------------
WARNING: oradism did not start up correctly.
Dynamic ISM can not be locked.----------------------------------------
Exec of oradism failed. Error is 13: Permission denied
WARNING: Detected too many memory locking problems.
WARNING: Performance degradation may occur.
