11gR2 installation fails with the below relink error:

"gcc: error trying to exec 'cc1': execvp: No such file or directory
 mv: impossible to obtain state "ntcontab.o": No such file or directory
 /usr/bin/ar: / u01/app/11.2.0/product/db_1/lib/ntcontab.o: No such file or directory
 make: ** [ntcontab.o] Error 1
 /usr/bin/make-f mkldflags ntcontab.o nnfgt.o ORACLE_HOME = / u01/app/11.2.0/product/db_1/rm-f ntcontab. *
 (if ["compile" = "compile"], then \
     / u01/app/11.2.0/product/db_1/bin/gennttab> ntcontab.c; \
