ORA-7445 [JSKCBLKROWCBK()] RETURNED ON JOBARG FUNCTION CALL WITH NULL ARGUMENT

In 188.8.131.52, the (overloaded) JOBARG function is called, as part of the DBMS_SCHEDULER package, to construct a job argument. When it is called to construct a job argument with a NULL value, the following error is returned:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [jskcBlkRowCbk()+7011] [SIGSEGV][ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x64B9095] [Address not mapped to object]

JOBARG Constructor Function
The ORA-03113 error will be accompanied by the ORA-07445 error in the alert.log file.
