ORA-7445 [JSKCBLKROWCBK()] RETURNED ON JOBARG FUNCTION CALL WITH NULL ARGUMENT (Doc ID 1567460.1)

Symptoms

In 11.2.0.3, the (overloaded) JOBARG function is called, as part of the DBMS_SCHEDULER package, to construct a job argument. When it is called to construct a job argument with a NULL value, the following error is returned:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [jskcBlkRowCbk()+7011] [SIGSEGV][ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x64B9095] [Address not mapped to object] []
