Resolve TimesTen ttStats Issue Where TT_STATS Package/Tables Are Not Created When Upgrading To

The TimesTen ttStats peformance monitoring utility is enabled in TimesTen release and all later releases. The utility requires an operating environment consisting of a "TT_STATS" package and several supporting tables to exist in the data store SYS schema. In any data store created in the instance, these objects will be built automatically. 

However, if a customer has data stores which were created in earlier releases of 11.2.2 and if the customer upgrades his TimesTen instance to, the upgraded data stores will not contain the package and tables necessary to run ttStats. While the scripts necessary to create both the TT_STATS package and the various tables are included in the distribution, these cannot be run by users as users are not able to manually create objects in the SYS schema. Any attempt to access the TT_STATS package will return the following error:
