The TimesTen ttStats peformance monitoring utility is enabled in TimesTen release 188.8.131.52.0 and all later releases. The utility requires an operating environment consisting of a "TT_STATS" package and several supporting tables to exist in the data store SYS schema. In any data store created in the 184.108.40.206.0 instance, these objects will be built automatically.

While the scripts necessary to create both the TT_STATS package and the various tables are included in the 18.104.22.168.0 distribution, these cannot be run by users as users are not able to manually create objects in the SYS schema.
