ORA-7445:[_intel_fast_memcpy.A] When Called by XsPgObjRead and Running OLAP function "SYS"."OLAPIMPL_T"."ODCITABLEDESCRIBE" (Doc ID 1570108.1)

1. While doing an EBS 11i to R12 upgrade and running the (American English) unified driver (u6678700.drv), the following error was seen, and the process aborted:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [_intel_fast_memcpy.A()+10] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x7F43B0089EBF] [] []

2. The tracefile showed the following information:




 The DBA was following the EBS <Document 729309.1> Using Transportable Database to migrate Oracle E-Business Suite 11i Using Oracle Database 10.2.0 or 11g.   As part of the upgrade process, the database had been migrated from 32-bit to 64-bit using Transportable Databases (not Transportable Tablespaces).
